Terra Law, a commercial real estate law firm experiencing growth, has its high-rise office located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. While the location was ideal, there was a need for expansion to accommodate new staff. However, as a boutique firm, Terra Law faced the challenge of maintaining an established “quality over quantity” atmosphere within the space, ensuring this ethos was also reflected in their clients’ impression of the firm.

Fitting everything in the right places at Terra Law’s office

Aura’s design and space planning had this very approach nailed down. From concept to installation, Aura was in regular communication with Terra Law’s employees so the needs of the firm as a whole and the needs of individual partners were equally met. And while the design flourishes are subtle — the angled dark wooden partition with the firm’s branding in the reception area is a stylish yet unpretentious touch — the way Aura went above and beyond to inform staff of how the remodel would benefit their workspace proved just as important.
