Using high visibility solutions to improve customer service and internal communication.

D&F’s Denman St branch suffered from visibility issues. Many blind spots in the office caused a slow response to greeting customers and difficulties communicating between departments. The look of the office was also not in keeping with the company’s new visual and branding guidelines. 

The goal was to design a modern environment to give guests a good impression, while at the same time improving navigation through the office. Aura created an open and easily navigable layout incorporating glass-walled room and other high-visibility elements. We added in tech-based solutions to improve departmental workflows. Branding needs were met by the use of colourful, easily-readable yet unobtrusive graphics, highlighted in subtle usage of G&F’s blue-and-orange colour scheme. 

The new space appeals to G&F’s corporate brand in a lively and attractive way, matching the look of other branches. The new layout has resolved visibility issues while encouraging employees to work in a more versatile way that improves the ease and efficiency of their work.
