ProfessionalG&F’s Denman Street branch suffered from visibility issues. Many blind spots in the office caused a slow response to greeting customers and difficulties communicating between departments. The look of the office was also not in keeping with the company’s new visual and branding guidelines. The challenge was to design a modern environment to give guests a good impression, while at the same time improving navigation through the office.
Finding high-visibility solutions to improve customer service and internal communication
Aura created an open and easily navigable layout, incorporating glass walls and other high-visibility elements. We added in tech-based solutions to improve departmental workflows. Branding needs were met by the use of colourful, easily-readable yet unobtrusive graphics, highlighted in subtle usage of G&F’s blue-and-orange colour scheme. The new space appeals to G&F’s corporate brand in a lively and attractive way, while still being consistent with the look of other branches. The new layout has resolved visibility issues, and encourages employee versatility in a way that improves the ease and efficiency of their work.
