PPI’s team came to us with a solid company foundation and a desire to modify their office structure. Their goal for their new office was to increase employee wellness, establish a nonhierarchical workplace, and create meaningful relationships.
How a new office can improve the staff and client experience
PPI was able to completely transform their space with the help of Aura to better suit the needs of both their staff and clients. PPI gained valuable insights into office design throughout the process, and Aura’s team effectively demonstrated how office design can help create a well-functioning and happy work environment. This project also exemplifies how interior design can be used as a tool to create a more efficient and successful workplace while also displaying their company’s values to visiting clients. Furthermore, numerous modifications were implemented throughout the process to create an un hierarchical system that is mindful of its employee’s wellness while also placing a high value on accessibility. As a result, the new PPI was created, and it has evolved into a more collaborative, inspiring, connected, and inviting environment.
